Sarah T. Zaffina

A government contracts, employment law, and civil litigation attorney, Ms. Zaffina represents clients in a wide range of procurement and employment law issues. She counsels clients on proposal submissions and certifications, 8(a) and other economic disadvantaged business issues, contract formation, administration and termination issues, data rights and intellectual property matters, organizational conflicts of interest, and GSA schedule issues. She also counsels clients on all aspects of employment law from hiring to termination.

Regarding Government Contracts, Ms. Zaffina has experience with:
